Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 1 p.m. ET ship the next business day; orders are not shipped on weekends or US holidays.

Rates and delivery estimates

• Standard (5–8 business days): free on all US orders
• Express (2–4 business days): calculated at checkout

Delivery delays can occasionally occur during peak periods or due to carrier issues.

Shipment confirmation and tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will ship a replacement at no cost.
