Why is there no logo on the dial?
Because the watch should be about the design, not the name. Our dials are intentionally clean.
What movements do you use?
Our quartz watches use reliable Japanese quartz movements. Our automatics (Sterling, Lumen and Atlas) use Japanese self-winding mechanical movements that never need a battery.
Are the watches waterproof?
Every watch lists its water resistance. 3–5 ATM handles rain and hand washing; 10 ATM is fine for swimming; 20 ATM (Lumen) is built for diving. Never press the pushers underwater.
How do I adjust the bracelet?
Mesh bracelets adjust with the sliding magnetic clasp. Link bracelets can be sized by any jeweler, or with the free sizing tool we include in the box.
Can I change the strap?
Yes. All our straps have quick-release pins — pull the small lever and the strap slides out, no tools needed.
How long does shipping take?
Free standard US shipping takes 5–8 business days. Express (2–4 business days) is available at checkout.
