Every Eminence watch is covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
What is covered
- Defects in the movement
- Defects in materials or workmanship of the case, dial and hands
- Crown and pusher malfunctions
What is not covered
- Battery replacement after the first year
- Normal wear on straps, crystals and plating
- Damage from accidents, misuse or water exposure beyond the rated resistance
- Watches opened or repaired by a third party
How to make a claim
Send us your order number, a short description of the problem and a photo through our contact page. If the issue is covered, we repair or replace the watch free of charge, including return shipping.
